Old Machinery Days Vendor Information September 15-18, 2011 |
|
The
Fort Ancient Restored Machinery (F.A.R.M.) Club would like to invite you to
participate as a vendor in its
4
day annual antique machinery show, September 15th 18th,
at Oeders Lake in Morrow, OH. Old Machinery
Days
attracts hundreds of antique tractors and features tractor pulls, displays, a
swap meet, activities, and live
entertainment. Last year we had wonderful
weather and a great turn out with approximately 2000 adult visitors
and
participants, not counting all the children at this family event. We hope for the same or more this year!
This
is a great opportunity to promote your products and serve a hungry crowd.
We
have increased our vendor space sizes by 10 this year! This should alleviate some parking issues by
allowing one vehicle
to be parked at your booth. In order to
address safety concerns, vehicles will no longer
be
allowed to park along the driveway.
The
following rates are for 4 full days and electric & water where applicable:
Electric
(50A, 220V) & Water 20X30 vendor space (food vendor row) $150
Minimum
electric (110V) & water
20X30 vendor space (food vendor row) $100
Minimum
electric (110V extension cord reach) 20X30 vendor space $50
20X30
No utilities vendor space $40
If you require more space for your booth or to set up tables and chairs
for your patrons, additional room may be available for a nominal fee.
General
show hours are as follows:
Thursday:
3pm dark
Friday: noon dark
Saturday: 9am until live entertainment ends (usually
9-10pm)
Sunday: 9am until tractor pulls ends (usually mid
to late afternoon)
*We
would love to have a breakfast food vendor Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
mornings!
Set
up is usually Wednesday evening or Thursday morning and tear down is Sunday
evening, however, if you have
a special request the
FARM Club will try to be flexible in meeting your needs.
To
reserve your spot, please return the completed vendor registration form and
payment by August 1, 2011.
Space will be available on a first come, first
served basis and forms received after August 1st may be considered
but
are not guaranteed. After your application has been received, we will mail you
a confirmation with vendor passes.
Please
note that we try to diversify vendors at the show, but we cannot guarantee that
another vendor will not be
selling a similar product. If you would
like to know what other vendors are registered to sell, we would be happy to
share
that information with you. Alcohol is
not permitted and vendor items must be appropriate for a family event.

you have any questions or need information, please contact one of the following
